Return & Exchange Policy
+ Must be 45 days or less from original date of shipment
+ Jewelry must be unworn & in original condition, including inner packaging & pouches
To request a return or exchange, simply email email@example.com with your full name, order number, & reason for return/exchange. Make sure you indicate which item(s) you would like to return/exchange. After that, a sales associate from Rayn Jewelry will contact you with information on returning/exchanging your product. Please note that we offer store credit & exchanges, not cash refunds.
If you're sending back a product, we do not cover any shipping costs.
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase after 45 days, get in touch with us. We'll do our best to find you a solution!
Please note, we do not process any returns of exchanges for wholesale orders.

Don't worry - email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name & order number (found on the email or SMS notification sent upon purchase).
We'll send you the right size and provide instructions on how to return the original ring(s).
Rayn Jewelry does not process refunds/returns for any Gift Cards purchased on raynjewelry.com. Gift Cards do not have cash value.
