Return & Exchange Policy

Rayn Jewelry wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer store credit or exchanges for all returns, following the below criteria.

+ Must be 45 days or less from original date of shipment 
+ Jewelry must be unworn & in original condition, including inner packaging & pouches 

To request a return or exchange, simply email with your full name, order number, & reason for return/exchange. Make sure you indicate which item(s) you would like to return/exchange. After that, a sales associate from Rayn Jewelry will contact you with information on returning/exchanging your product. Please note that we offer store credit & exchanges, not cash refunds.

If you're sending back a product, we do not cover any shipping costs.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase after 45 days, get in touch with us. We'll do our best to find you a solution!

Please note, we do not process any returns of exchanges for wholesale orders.

Got the wrong ring size?

Don't worry - email with your full name & order number (found on the email or SMS notification sent upon purchase). 

We'll send you the right size and provide instructions on how to return the original ring(s).

Please note, when exchanging any item(s), we do not cover any shipping costs for the returned item. 

Gift Cards

Rayn Jewelry does not process refunds/returns for any Gift Cards purchased on Gift Cards do not have cash value.
